Often times we find that vent fans are not equipped with hinge kits. These hinges are required to be NFPA 96 compliant
and allow access for inspection and cleaning of your exhaust system. With hinges installed, the fan assembly can be
moved and cleaned without damage to the electrical wiring that runs your fan. A hinge kit can easily be installed during
the scheduled cleaning of your exhaust system.

While inspecting exhaust systems throughout East Texas we find that many systems do not have access panels installed.
This is another requirement mandated by NFPA 96. Access panels should be installed to allow proper access
for inspection and cleaning of the exhaust system. We can install UL listed panels to meet these requirements.
